Hi.
I have:
Win2K
GF FX5200
ForceWare 61.77
On a freshly booted system everything is fine.
I tried GLdiag (http://www.spacecad.com/download/GLDiag.exe) and it detects OpenGL hardware acceleration etc.
After I run CounterStrike 1.5 (which runs fast and fine, BTW.) and quit it
GLdiag doesn't detect the hardware acceleration anymore. When I then try to
run CS again, it (CS, *not* Windows) gives me an error saying s'thing like The selected OpenGL mode is not supported by your video card (Sorry, don't have the correct wording at hand).
The only solution then is to restart Windows... :-((
I already tried installing older driver versions (5x.xx, don't remember exactly)
with no luck.
What the f**k is going on here ?
TIA
Stefan
