Help installing ati silencer on my x800 Pro?

Ill be getting mine early next week and am wondering if i should use the supplied thermal paste or the artic silver ceramique that i have? Also, do i just put on small spot in the center of the gpu like on a cpu, or do i cover the whole gpu in the thermal paste? Thanks for your help, it is the first time ive changed out video card heatsinks. Thanks again!

I would use ceramique my self, however rember that stuff gets HARD, my friend had it on his cpu/waterblock, wen he had to take it off, the block took the Processor with it, however he got lucky and his pins were not bent.
