Need a little help...Profiles grayed out?

It happened with the 61.77 drivers (official) and now with the 66.00 drivers. My profiles dont work, I can't add a profile (it's grayed out) and if I type it in the profile column, it doesnt work.

So, I have to play EVERYTHING at my global settings....1280x1024, 4x/4x

I tried to set a new profile before I did ANYTHING, and still no go.

i just had this problem with 66.00.. i realized it was a while since i last restarted, so i just rebooted the computer and the profiles worked fine.
