Just heard that the prosecutors are dropping the case because the accuser doesn't want to testify. Don't know if this is true, any one else hear of this?
It's on the front page of ESPN's website and this is the full story (http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=1872740) so far.

apparently so..
the prosecution likely will focus on the civil case where they have more relaxed criteria to make a point...
nah.. this wasn't about money at all :rofl
wrt the case being dropped... apparently it had something to do with a prosecution witness (a doctor or something) who likely would have damaged their case immensly... I dunno...
note that the prosecution continue to use the term "victim" and everyone else continues to use the term "accuser"
as this drags on it seems more and more like kobe is the victim... a retarded and morally debased victim, but a victim nonetheless...
As if this is a complete shock to anyone. http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/images/smilies/rofl.gif
