JASC Animation Shop (http://www.jasc.com/products/animationshop/) It's included in Paint Shop Pro which is what I use 90% of the time for graphics work. Photoshop is great but PSP does most anything PS can do for a fraction of the price.

UPDATE: Also, I used to use GIF Construction Set (http://www.mindworkshop.com/alchemy/gifcon.html) It used to be fully functional shareware but not sure now with latest version, seems to require purchase. When I used it years ago you could resize an animated GIF but you had to resize each frame individually. With JASC Animation Shop you can resize every frame of the animated GIF in one step as well as controlling the downsampling alogrithm you want to use ("Smart Size" is usually the best choice).

Man .. that Jasc program is great ! .. its really easy to use & to resize gif files & gives a total control for customizing each frame .

i did resize some avatars , but it'd be better not to show them here :D

Cool, glad you like it. I've used PSP for years now (going back to version 5 or earlier). IMO versions 7 and 8 are pretty poor compared to 6. Version 9 will be out soon and it looks to be an improvement over 7 and 8.

With the introduction of the NV60/NV70 i believe this could happen .. but only if nVIDIA changed thier marketing from graphics tech to pr0n tech :p

Dawn was anatomically correct down to a 4-hour oriface-creation session by one artist. Then the first Dawn demos had the girl prancing about in no clothing. Jen Hsun and Vivoli wanted to release the Dawn demo naked, but the fat & ugly women in the marketing department vetoed so loudly that the men listened ... and leaves were added.

When Playboy came sniffing around for a Dawn pictoral (before even Dusk was released) again Jen Hsun and Vivoli were thinking about it, but Mark-the-Demo-Team-manager (a devout Mormon) vetoed because his vision was of Dawn as an innocent, and she was not to be exploited.
