I decided to do a simple thing tonight, since the system is still not 100% stable at default everything, including the vid card....
I have fairly new Thermaltake 560w Silent Purepower PSU, voltage stablity has always been excellent with it...
I checked the boards readings(in bios) and found this:
the 12v line reads 11.75-11.79v....I've never seen this line on any other board less than 11.91v
and
The reported Vcor at default is 1.45v and set to 1.65v is reported as 1.60v
Can a motherboard have an incompatibility with a PSU?....
This mobo really annoys the hell out of me....

would be an odd incompatibility to have...

my 12v line never dips below 11.75 and thats while in CnQ mode @ 800mhz...

@ full clocks my 12v line is generally around 12.02 or 12.08 or so...

IIRC you said you had another board on the way? check out the volts on that baby if this is the case... it just would be one of the weirder issues I have seen wrt a motherboard...

When I had the Neo2 in the BIOS showed 12.4v on the 12v line. I read a few threads in MSI's forums and recall seeing at least one other person with incorrect readings there. I know there is nothing wrong with my power supply, it's one of the best you can buy.

Quite possible the voltage readings are off with some of these boards. I wouldn't be surprised - after all, look at all the temp misreport problems.
