I kinda get excited over geeky stuff... but I just picked up a Cruzer Sandisk Titanium 512mb Flash Drive for a little over $100. It is absolutely fantastic. It has a retractable USB connector, so I don't have to mess with a cap, its one of the fastest Pen Drives out there at 13MB/s read, and 11MB/s write, and its 512MB of storage insures I have enough game patches and INF drivers for the next Lan Party :nanahump: A Flash Drive is one of the most useful geek thingy's I have ever bought ;) Oh yea, this one can sustain 2,000 pounds of pressure! w00t

I've been wanting one of those (that specific model) for quite some time. I'm waiting for them to go down... a lot... (I could just buy a hard drive and a USB/Firewire to IDE converter cable)

I used to have a laptop hd with a converter... turns out I really just never used it. Too big to be carrying around everyday :)

I have a laptop HD too, I use it some...the 40GB tradeoff for size to my Lexar 256MB JumpDrive keeps me using my JumpDrive more often. That retractable USB connetor of yours is very cool. I lost my cap a long time ago. I'm waiting for the 1GB models to get under $100 before I buy again.
