NV Silencer 5 availability

Man I can't find these things anywhere. I'm even willing to pay 40 bucks for one since I got my GT for $350 anyways.
I've googled and pricewatched and nobody seems to have them in stock.
I really am having trouble reaching ultra speeds on my core because of the current cooling solution on my BFG6800GT, and one of these could help me go past them.
If anyone has a link on where to get one or wants to sell me one please let me know. These things seem to really help overclock.

Man sometimes these prices don't make sense. We pay AUD 35-40 for a silencer, makes it cheap in Oz than most other places. But my GT was AUD 792 while you guys pay around 400... I know factors come into play and affect prices. But still...
