How long does it need to run before you can be sure your computer is stable? Is 8 hours enough?

IMO, 8 hours is plenty. When I first got this motherboard I had no idea the FSB setting was 204 at default, never noticed. Folding would crash once a week with EARLY_UNIT_END. Read the stanford forums and found out this was a sign of instability. I ran Prime, it crashed in *15* minutes! That's when I noticed the default fsb setting, put it back to 200, and prime ran for 8 hours before I ended it.

8 is great, most people do 24hr test to be Absolutly sure, but in reality most Overclocked systems may fail Prime in the first 10min but can still game all night never crashing.

sweet, it ran for like 10.5 hours without error. My CPU is safely OCed I would say. :)
