So most of the GTs I see have PCB solder pads for the second molex. Has anyone done the deed yet, and added the second power connector to their GT?
hmmm interesting idea, not sure if you would need a different bios to "activate" the second molex

I really doubt that it's needed if you have a good PSU. My Fotron 530 is able to run the system in my sig and it is truly 100% stable (Prime, 3DMark, games, rthdribl, etc...) I doubt that adding a second molex to the card would make a difference.

I have both boards and have examined them on a trace and component basis. Being an EE with 16 years experience also helps. :)
