BFG 6800GT OC or LEADTEK A400 GT TDH ???

Hello guys,

Please help me decide between these 2.
I'm not interested in beauty, since my computer will stay closed.

All that is important do me is:
1 - performance (very important)
2 - noise level (this one is very important also)
3 - how will the card OC with STABILITY (I'm not a seasoned oc'er, and I dont plan to do any voltage mod, nor bios flash, nor cooler modifications)... Just want to plug the card and slide the clock lever just a bit... :)

Oh, my setup is (will be :)):
A643500+, MSI K8M Neo2 Platinum, 1 Gb OCZ3200 EL Platinun rev2.

Please help.

mine can do 420 core, 1.1 mem with no voltage mods. performance is great. noise? what noise? (card is silent (the most silent gt your going to find)).

the leadtek one is 28dba and uses an 6800ultra-grade heatsink
