nvsound: Unknown symbol kernel_locked

I get "nvsound: Unknown symbol kernel_locked" when trying to insert the nvsound module on my system. Kernel 2.6.9-rc2, Debian unstable.

Google hasn't been particularly helpful.

Anyone seen this?
