I last night happened to stumble upon the video of the of the American hostage being beheaded in Iraq. The sounds i heard of that man dying will haunt me for the rest of my life.
For gods sake the US & so called co-allition forces need to get out of that hell hole, screw the lot of em, let them kill & behead each otherto their crazy hearts content. Oil is the only reason the Americans are there & if you need proof just watch the oil prices rise every time the main Iraqi supply lines are bombed.
This situation cannot continue, it will just keep getting worse, if George Bush thinks he can win his so called "War on terror" he is just as crazy as the cowards that behead innocent people. The west has no right to be in that country, they live on a different planet over there, let them rot.

Lets run away from there, allow miillions there to die, cause a humantarian crisis after half finishing a job. Do you honestly think that is going to mean more or less attacks on western nations and especially the USA?

Ahh, so you want to cave and give in to the terrorists?
The way that I see it, it is that every time they do something like this, it reaffirms my opinion that we need to clean that ****hole part of the world up.
And your claim of war for oil, holds no water. None.

A cup with no bottom to it holds more water than the oil claim.

Interestingly, now that Iraq is no longer a threat to Saudia Arabia the USA could pull out of Saudia Arabia and this would remove one of the arguments Bin Laden has for not liking the USA. And it would save money.
Surely someone has to be there until the elections in January, either the USA/British or a UN force, otherwise it will just get worse.

Yep thats exactly what i'm saying, screw the barbaric bastards, let em rot.

Bush thinks he's the head of tracy fkn island, thunderbirds are go my ass.
We should pull out & tell them plain & simple, you attack us again & we'll nuke the whole region, problem solved.

5 hostages, 25,000,000 Iraqis. This is a war - there are going to be casualties on all sides, like it or lump it.

Right, so nuke all the children in Iraq then. I'm sure the 6 year old girl who just wants to go to school is deserving of being "nuked"
You started off with a serious propositon but you have allowed other debators on this forum to easily let you dig yourself into a huge pit ..... you made it too easy for them.

The backlash from the civilians in the west will come sooner or later, people wont stomach this **** for much longer, public opinion will force western governments to withdraw sooner or later. How many of our sons being butchered live on video do you think we can take, all your "war is hell" propoganda (saturnotaku) doesn't wash.

This is what it is meant to do, they want you to go down to their level as then you cannot win.
There is a lot of anti liberal talk in these forums, but that is about liberals in the USA, I am sure everyone loves a liberal in Iraq at present, in fact the more the merrier. There are liberals in Iraq, in fact they outweigh the extremists, but you have to promote an environment where liberalism flourishes and extremism withers. This is what "hearts and minds " campaigns are about, but it seems that this is on the back burner at present, sadly.

k... GET OVER IT already. So you finally had the reality of suffering brought home to you, well done. Now realise thats happening on a daily basis and we could stop it if we have the courage to see this through.

Razor you fail to understand the people over there were well aware of the risks before they went, they knew they could be heading into a war zone area of Iraq and they accepted the risk. Nobody twisted their arm to be there.
I've seen every single one of the execution videos, I've seen death in real life and I'm going to see even more in the near future, deal with it.

I dont need to be told about the realitys of suffering, i know them well, however i am expressing my opinions as i see them, retarded comments like "get over it" serve no purpose other than exposing yourself as......... nah fck it, i'll just keep quiet.

Don't accuse people of retarded comments when you suggested a nuclear strike against innocent people. It's a shame people can't have a little more respect for the dead, instead they use them for their own political purposes and opinions.

My nuclear strike comment was atoned for in a further post if you bothered to read it, obviously the murdering fcks in Iraq have no respect for anyone either living or dead.

And neither do you if you are bringing up a dead person to try and make a political point.

Razorman, understandably you were freaked out by the video. It was probably the Eugene Armstrong video which I watched earlier today. I was pretty sickened by it aswell. Pulling out of Iraq wont fix any of that though. Yes it was a mistake going into Iraq but imagine the victory the terrorists will achieve if America pull out of Iraq. The number of terrorists will increase ten-fold in the wake of a such a victory. What's done is done, and the Coalition just need to stick it out.
Vamp, how can you tell someone to "get over it"? Are you truly that desensitized to the slaughter of innocent human beings? Seeing a man shot is one thing, even seeing a man executed by a swift beheading is honorable compared to this disgusting slaughter they are putting onto these videos. I can not imagine a worse end for those beheading victims. Even animals are not put to death in this brutal and uncivilized fashion.
Sure, on the contrary people did much worse through the ages. The vikings practiced truly terrifying methods of execution, but that was over 1000 years ago, and people have become more civilized, people except those from the Middle East.
People shouldn't "Get over" these videos, they should watch them and see these "militants" performing tragic and disgusting executions, and hopefully people will lose any last bit of sympathy they have for islamic terrorists. I cant understand why they dont WAKE people up by putting these things on CNN, Sky and BBC. They are so candy coated it's sickening.

What you're inadvertantly trying to do is dig yourself into a bigger hole. Have you ever wondered why the majority of the west has a policy of never negotiating with terrorists?

Hypothetical question.
Say we pull out of Iraq and the country destabilizes six months later, resulting in civil war. The country becomes a source of terrorists who then launch attacks on the US and sneak a nuclear weapon into New York and detonate it, killing six million people.
Then what? Is a nuclear strike against that country *then* warranted?

Well, the UK did not bomb Boston every time the IRA bombed the UK paid for by Americans, so I guess not....

Ah, so to save a couple people, we would have to allow hundreds of thousands of others to take their place?
