In a motherboard with 2 x-16 slots it would work theoretically.
The problem is that nvidia and ATI drivers don't like eachother.
Wont work!

Im pretty sure that with a hardware profile you could load only a set of driver no?

I highly doubt that. Even if it was possible, what would be the point? I just want one video card (or two in SLI :drooling: ) for doing all my 3D gaming duties.

2 6800Us will pulverize anything they are matched with, what would be the reason for having 1 ATI card thats barely faster than 1 6800U?

Bold part is subject to oppinion. ATI leads in some games and Nvidia leads in others. They are on parity with eachother. Nvidia has more features and is more future proof tho.

AS for the topic discussion, no it will never happen. Neither ATI or Nvidia would put any spoort into something like that even if it was technically possible.
