A have a problem.
My Leadtek A400 6800nu fan rotate max rpm when pc boot.
When windows loading fan rotate min rpm quiet mode.
My problem the fan not rotate max rpm when load 3D application.
Is these good?

Well then driver problem?
Because old Fx MSI5900 is good.
3D application start fan rotate max rpm when exit low rpm.

I don't own any GF-FX+ cards, but from I've read, the fan spins up at full speed when booting up initially (or reboot I'm assuming) and then once the drivers are loaded, then it goes into 2D mode, thus lowering the RPMs of the fan... the card doesn't know initially so it blasts it at full speed and then the drivers will put it into 2D mode... I hope that's right :)

Yeah, this is normal for the 6800s. They don't spin up to max when running 3D games like the Fx series did. My eVGA 6800 GT and PNY 6800 Ultra both act the same way.
