Monarch computers. ETA 9-28-04. Good price too!

I ordered mine. I'll let you all know how it works out.

And, sorry if someone else posted this already. Don't know if it's old news or not, but I'm excited about it. Those 939 pin chips have been really expensive until now!

Thanks all.

ok, so, on a very related note, whats's the best bang-for-the buck decent OC'ing 939 mobo at this very moment?

A clawhammer and a K8T800 non-pro... umm, has done a GREAT job as an upgrade from my XP rig.. and methinks maybe a 90nm 3200 with a decent 939 mobo might do the trick...

Interesting stuff. I'd like to see how that 3200 does OCing. Seems like a nice price and a nice chip.

An affordable S939 CPU! Fantastic, it's about damn time!

Now if only there were more Nforce3 Ultra motherboards that were affordable (omg)

I'd really like to see how these compare to their socket 754 counterparts since they have a lower actual clock speed but they have the benefits of the the 939 platform...

I'll try to post some benchmarks once I get it. It will probably be a couple weeks. I'll be upgrading from a 754 3200+ Clawhammer CO revision on an MSI Neo Plat. to the 3200+ 90nm 3200+ 939 on a neo 2 plat.

I'm hoping the new architecture will allow for some great overclocking! Not to mention the increased memory bandwidth! Yay! But I sure am gonna miss that 1mb of L2.
