Lines On Screen

I got a TNT-M64 32SDRAM video card and i confgured the kernel and i have these little lines that some times dont show up depending on the color of my desktop has anyone ever had this problem, thanks

Where are the lines? What color are they? What kind of monitor do you have?

I have a MAG 986FS and the lines are at angles and they really like a white color that show up randomly
