I have had this problem with the graphics of many different First Person Shooters that I have including Counter-Strike, Call of Duty, and UT2004, so I know that it's not a game specific problem......the problem is kind of hard to explain but it's very noticeable when playing any game. Whenever I am walking around in the game there is this invisible line that stays in the exact same spot in front of me when I walk...any textures that are past the line are blurred and undetailed. So I mostly have half of the screen with detailed textures and half with blurred out textures no matter where I go...because the line moves with me. Its especially noticeable on fences which sometimes completely dissapear past the line. Also, for anyone who plays Call of Duty, whenever I get shellshocked theres all these red and orange colors smearing around the screen, and it doesnt seem like theyre supposed to be there. I've tried downgrading and upgrading my drivers but the problem is never fixed.
I have a Dell Pentium 4, with a GeForce MX 420 graphics card, and 256 MB of ram.
Thanks to anyone who actually read through all of that and can figure out what the problem is.
