A good overclocking program would be Rivatuner (http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=163) .

as for best overclock .. it would be 400/1100 but make sure you have good cooling in your system . otherwise stick with 375/1050 .

if you found the temps to be good still @400/1100 , you may then try upping the clocks a bit until before any artifacts appear .

i have 1 fan blowing in and 2 fans blowing out (not including the power supply). Is that considered "good cooling"?

Whats your case ? & whats the diameter of those fans ?

In anyway .. i recommend that you make the first run @375/1050 .. run 3dmark2003 at most stressing options possible (or run Doom3 @1600x1200 for a while) . if everything is fine & no artifacts move to 400/1100 . its always better to move step by step .

Try the "detect optimal values" that can be found in the driver control panel if you have applied coolbits.reg. Run it few times and check the results and make your decision by it. The test is pretty good at detecting stable overclocks and it doesn't need 3rd party software.
