Where to buy Quadro NVS 280 PCI (not PCI-E!)

I can't find the PCI version of the Quadro NVS 280 card anywhere. I've been procrastinating for months and it looks like no one has it in stock anymore. Does anyone know of a brick and mortar store or online store that has it in stock?
