well it doesn't look like it runs more than a powerpoint slide on new gen cards either :D

From this I gather I<ll score around 1000+.

Kinda like when I had a ti4200 and benched 3dmark03 with a score of 1450. 5900s will probably be hitting 1400 in 05 in a few days.

Voltfox, what results do you get (framerate) when res is at 640x480? Try the 66.70 drivers at guru3d too.

Well my rig must be lucky on this new 3dmark05, at 400/1100 i got 5200, and at 410/1170 i got

good enough for me :D

and unlike some xtpe users with those 8.07's, i get no artifacts at all. Here's hoping nvidia do a little driver tweaking themselves and level things back up soon tho.

EDIT: And i'm currently in third spot for the 6800GT on ANY cpu, cool. :)

i'm guessing you changed your core speed after you loaded 3dm05, there's no way you hit 5600 at 350, i'm guessing 425-450. :)

For the money i paid for the card, i'm quite liking these results, i'm outbenching a lot of xt/xt-pe owners with the 6490 cats who have the same cpu as me, and their cards clocked at 530/530 or higher. :)

I know it's all just a synthetic, but it's always good to be reminded of the sheer good value of something you've shelled out the cash for.
