Which 6800 has the fastest chips?

Since Unwinder has succesully unlocked the 6800 pipelines I'm thinking of getting one, but all the 6800 brands I've seen have 700mhz memory but I don't know which has the fastest chips.

The gainward golden sample should do slightly better because it's handpicked to do so.

I heard leadtek has 2.8ns Hynix chips which are really just relabeled 2.2ns Memory chips

2.2ns is pretty much a gaurenteed 900 mhz, Mine for example uses 2.2ns Memory but since mines a reference model i cant really reccomend it.

I think most can do around 850 (EVGA here at 850) at least, but memory overclocking alone doesn't seem to have a huge effect on performance. Maybe it will if you get 4 quads working..

Albatron uses:
2.0ns on the ultra (ddr3)
2.0ns on the gt (ddr3)
2.5ns on the nu (ddr)
2.8ns on the le (ddr)

or so their technical documentation says.
