TI-Link is a BITCH.

Are you using the newest version from the TI site? And it might not even support WinXP... heh.

I forget the order that you have to do everything. With the black serial cable, it was start the calculator, run TI-Link, put the calculator in receive mode, and do send on the computer. Any other order failed miserably.

Good luck...

Yeah..it's one of the worst programs EVER!

I don't think it supports XP...but I get the same problem on my Windows 2000 system because the only options are "gray link cable" and "black link cable" The software the cable came with doesn't support the cable is what it seems like to me.

I tried calling their support..but they close at like 3:00pm..and their e-mail "support" is yet to reply in e-mails. This is the worst problem with software I have had in a long time..yeah it is exactly what you said..a bitch..
