My new avatar took me two days to fit it within 80x80 limit and that darn 20,000 size limit :cry: if only we had atleast 25,000 :( , while *cough* working at work *cough* was trying lotsa lotsa stuff how to manage this size and keep quality from original 32K 111x171x32 :banghead:

Currently I am trying to get this NSFW (RENDERED SWINGING MAMMARIES) (www.rit.edu/~dxs5855/fc/bouncybouncy.swf) as my avatar. It is a darn challenge getting it to fit it in the dimensions and the size limit. My best try so far is around 50 KB.

<------ My current avatar was from a Naruto anime episode. Video to gif... I just barely managed to get it to fit within the file size limit (by using hex edit and getting rid of some unwanted bits).

You just have to have the right program (http://www.softpedia.com/public/cat/11/3/3/11-3-3-40.shtml). ;) The GIF could be tweaked/optimized even further, this was just my first go at this particular SWF file.

heh, it's called scale ;) I didn't change a thing with the image, just scaled it down to fit.
