I read and look at reviews and still not sure what HTT does.Is it for memory or does it have something to do with multitasking.and when overclocking what does that do to HTT.Please explain if you know Like you would to a newbie,I had the nforce 2 and XP moblie overclocking down to a tee.but with this new feature I not quite sure Is sounds as if you have a FSB that can overclock as well as this HTT that you can do something with it .
hat are you on about? Hyper transport or Hyper threading?
HTT == hypertransport

Found these interesting:

Maybe you will too. :)
The Athlon 64 uses HTT for its "FSB", your Nforce2 board uses it as a link between the north and south bridge, not related to the FSB in your case..
Everything that is integrated, the sound, network etc, will travel on that HTT link instead of over the PCI bus, which is a ton slower then the HTT. (SATA is "added on" with NF2 and wont use the HTT link, its not "native")
HyperTransport is AMDs idea I guess, Nvidia decided to use it on the NF2 chipset where ex Via had their own thing between the north and south bridge.
This is pretty much necessary since the PCI bus is WAY to slow to handle that traffic anymore.

what I am talking about is in the Bios it has 1x 2x 3x 4x,when I change this to 3x HTT what does it do.does it do something to the memory.
