Hello people. I recently installed a registry cleaner by the name of CCleaner. I had one before called RegCleaner but I wanted to try a better one so I tried CCleaner. Anyways, after I cleaned my registry with CCleaner, I tried to access the internet with Firefox. When I opened it had none of its extensions loaded up! I am assuming CCleaner did this.
I was thinking it was no big deal, but no matter what I did I couldn't get my browesr back to how it was. I tried re-installing Firefox, system restore, etc. Nothing works! The wierd thing is IE has not been affected.
Here is an example of what Firefox looks like for me now (the way I don't want it to look):

Here is how IE looks (the way I want it to) and how Firefox SHOULD look:

Try re-downloading the Java (www.java.com) and Shockwave (www.shockwave.com) plugins, it may just be that the reg cleaner removed those.

I have. Still nothing! It seems that my plug-ins are installed but they won't show! I can honestly say that I have never had something like this happen to me...
EDIT: BTW, this goes for certain images also. As in - some of them just won't display. Here is an example:

Hmm, have you deleted your User Profile in Documents and Settings?

No. That is, unless the registry cleaner somehow did...

Edit your shortcut to firefox.exe & add the cmd line argument "-p" so it will open a list of your firefox profiles. Sounds like registry cleaner corrupted yer ff profile folder. The easiest way to fix it will be to just create a new one & reinstall all your plugins & extensions. Registry Cleaner is a great tool but, you have to be very careful w/ it. I've screwed up an os 'er two using it to clean up driver entries in the registry, which is something very easy to do.

Okay first off, Registry Cleaner was not what screwed up Firefox. It was a program called: CCleaner.
Secondly, is this where I add the cmd line argument "-p"?

My bad, must of had registry cleaner on the brain.
Yes, your target should read "C:\Program Files\Mozilla\Firefox.exe" -p
Yeah this CCleaner can quickly do more damage then good if you don't pay much attention. It did the same thing with my Mozilla profile some time ago. So you must always be careful what you allow programs like this.
