He's not so bad though, ask Kerry, he says if he was president he'd still be in power.

Another very sad story where children are killed by adults for land or politics :(
One day we will put children before land or politics I hope.

Saddam wasn't a bad guy, really he wasn't. He's just misunderstood. He wasn't a problem that high tea, scones and conversation about flowers couldn't cure.

Who even cares if it happened in the 80's? Those babies would have been 20 odd by now, arnt they old enough to deal with their own problems?

What does Kerry have anything to do with this thread? If I wanted to start partisan bickering, I could mention that this was during the 1980s...
Man, I'll be glad when this election is over. There's been enough mud slung in both directions, to last a lifetime ;)
His point was simply that if Kerry had been Prez, Saddam would still be in power, and this sort of thing would still be going on, that's all.

But he tends a small garden and eats cookies, he can't be that bad!

I would not have fixed his hernia without going on a national health service waiting list .. ie 12 months :D

You're the one who's bringing up the 1980s here.
And saying that this would still be going on if Kerry was president is still a perfectly legitimate case here.
