Nope. Different connectors, different voltages. Use the money you would have invested in a graphics card to upgrade your CPU/motherboard. You can buy an nForce2 Ultra motherboard and a 2500+ AMD Barton CPU for less than $200.
I've got a P3 1ghz file server, it was running on GF3. I deiced to install UT2004 server on it, it handled it just fine so I installed a client as well. Much to my surprise it was running well with all details at lowest settings @1024x768. Then I dropped a GF4600 in it, and was able to play with the same performance on medium settings. So yea, you might get some juice out of that system. However, the price of one of the cards you mentioned will be about 2x the price of new components for your PC, such as a CPU, mobo, etc.

Sat is on the right track. Save the $$ for video card & upgraded yer cpu/mb/ram instead. Much better investment.

well i think i will upgrade all togheter , just i don't know whe is the right moment, Christmas? or should i wait for nv50+A64 with ddr2?
I have fear to buy now because the release of xbox2 and playstation3 i'm sure will be lot of tiomes faster than current x800xt and 6800U and consequantly games will soon be too heavy for these cards, so just R520 and nv50 can handle the huge tecnologic jump.
Well anyway is also true that if i continue to wait the next tecnology i will ending buy nothing for the next 10 years lol eheh

Yeah I think you are due for an upgrade sir.
That CPU is from 1998
That thing is a severe bottleneck even for an MX440. It would be interesting to see a 6800 Ultra running with a 450Mhz Pentium II though... Id love to see the benches. I bet it would still get 5000 in 3dMark 2005
