'Game Rebalance 1.00' while still having some bugs and more balancing to work on is pretty interesting.
I can almost say.....I like it.
(Well, I'm in a bad mood....being sick will do that to you. I do like it....and so do a LOT of people in the DS community.)

Does it have new maps, or is it the same game, tweaked?

It's the same maps...if you want new maps, there's Yesterhaven and Circle of Lorent....

More real mods should be coming soon, but I have no idea when 'soon' equates to.
