I see a lot of people struggling with water cooling.
Radiators, fans, pumps, etc.
I am using a 10 gallon aquarium and a enhiem submersible pump (it's inexpensive).
I use 1/2" clear hose and clamps. two water blocks, Thats it!
How does it work excellent!! the pump runs 24/7 and it is silent.
OK what is it on?
Prescott 'Cooker' 2.8@3.6 and a 9800 pro. that I have stepped all over 460 and 360.
No problems, I have moved this system 4 times in the last 4 months and it is easy, take the return out and empty the aquarium with the pump then pull the pump hose (no clamp there), roll them up and carry them with the computer. Warms your feet when it's cool (on the glass). I live in Texas and it's hot as hell here and it works.
Put the aquarium where you want it, mine is on the floor. don't think about pump lift! it is a no brainer. If the return is at the same level as the pump (in the tank), there is no head after the first few seconds (think about it). I hate that saying (no head). Just some thoughts from a old guy. Gandolf

Thanks, just about to use water cooling in a being-built rig. I guess I'll never be 100% sure until I build it and try it myself though!
