Ati 9000 PRO

I'm a newbie to ATI, and don't know what drivers and tweaker do i have to use with my ATI 9000 pro. (links please, i'm very lost in the net finding drivers and app for ati, don't know where to look)

BTW, my OS is WinXP

know this is a nvidia fan site (i also have a GF4ti4200 and a GF2Ti), but i'm in the "other graphics cards" forum, so i think i could get some help here, not a "go to www.rage3d.com this is a nvidia fan site" answer.
