Nature test lock up.

man this blows, everytime I run 3dmark 2001 Se build 330 and it gets to Nature test it freezes on it at some point and I have to restart my computer. Whats up? Any way to fix this?

What methods have you tried to solve this problem? I don't wanna ask stupid questions, but did you:

Check your BIOS voltages (and version)?
Underclock your setup for reference?
Unhook peripherals?
Try another user profile in XP?
Check for installed programs since the freezing started?

Have you tried reverting your video card to stock speeds if it's overclocked?
