Ok, when we're all buying nforce4's and converting over to pci-express... and since we won't have soundstorm onboard... I believe I am going to buy an add-in card but I got to thinking about it. Do the soundcards have to be pci-express or will normal pci soundcards work??? Won't the connection be completely different??? Finally, if they have to be pci-express, I haven't heard anything about pci-express soundcards... Are they on the horizon also? Thanks for any info

PCI-E mobos still have few normal PCI connectors , Audigy 2 would be perfect.

Audigy3 will be PCI-E
There won't be an actual Audigy "3" but Creative should releasing their new line of cards by the end of this yr. The new cards should be labeled Audigy < something > but an inside source has said they're dropping the number naming convention. Read this in the 3DSS forums earlier today.
Nice :) Thanx for the info... Im curious as to what they will call it. And what new features it will have. Hopefully less CPU overhead :D
