View Full Version : Albatron 6800GT apearing as PCI ?
I just finished instaling this graphic card and an running some tests. My 3dmark 2005 is 3000'ish. That is kanda low for what i was expecting. Turns out in the driver it says i have a pci?? card instead of a AGP. I just instaled the 66.81 drivers and the 6.11 nforce drivers.
I tryed to do a serach in the foum but i can't find any information about this problem.
I am on a athlon XP3200+@2300 1 gig ram, windows xp pro SP2.
Thanks for the help

Sounds like your AGP drivers didn't install properly. Try to roll back to the latest officials and see if that works.
There is a problem with nForce Driver 6.11 and nForce 2 boards: They don't work correctly together because they are not supported.
6.11 is a driver meant to use with nForce 4 boards.
Thanks for the tips. An gonna uninstall the 6.11 and install the 5.10 and see if that does the trick.
The 5.10 did the trick. I am now at 5123 in 3dmark 2005 with the GT@ultra speeds. :super:
Do you guys think this score is ok for my setup?
That sounds about right (look at sig)
K007 I just noticed you are running your @ (420/1150) and are getting about the same marks than I in 2005. What is your cpu? Am I cpu limited?

Why would you believe you're CPU limited when you're getting the same score as he is with your card running at a lower frequency?
I didn't said i was. Just asking, as i dont't know his pcu speed.
Well, just noticed that every mpg/avi fille i have now have lost the image during play, just plays the sound.
Mines at 400/1100 when i did the tests, but i run on 420, i cbf running again on 420 to see the results.
Ark i am guessing your missing the codecs.
Well all my wmv,avi and mpg files have stoped having picture, just the sound. I have instaled de SLD codec pack but it it didn't help. :retard:
Anyone? Hep, i just tryed other drivers and the problem remains...
