Well, I'll be the first then :)

I'd say the Ultra X-Connect for the following reasons:

1. It has 34A on the 12V rail
2. It is modular which is extremely easy when you take out stuff and put cards back in
3. Sofar I really like mine ;)

Anyways, both are good PSUs I would say. I choose the Ultra mainly because of the modular design.

Fortron 530 Waat PSU's are absolutely outstanding. This appears to be the new version of their 530 with dual 12v rails. Alternatively you can get this one...

The standard 530 waat PSU from them. Fortron are the only PSU's I use in the systems I build and my 530 is humming away flawlessly powering the system in my sig.

From Antec and X-Connect , id take X-Connect better cables ;) , both good enough to power any todays high end cards.

That Fortron 530 is kinda weak two rails but each 15A , totaling 30A only. Second model got only 28A total. Offcourse they are cheaper PSUs after all .

Don't believe what you read with regard to the Fortron. They seriously underate their PSU's. Head on over to Xtremesystems.org and read the 320-30 page thread about the 530 Waat.

Best PSU you can get for the money.

IMO i Like the OCZ PowerStream power supplies but there are plenty of other power supplies that will do the job just fine,Both them power supplies would do the job.

OCZ is my vote as well. I have the 520 watt. But all the OCZ's have dedicated vga line(x2) for the cleanest power to yuor vid card. All the other PSU's mentioned will work, but the OCZ is by far a better PSU. Just check reviews. All of them that have compared an OCZ to anything else recommend the OCZ, except when referring to a PCP&C which are basically the same quality as Ocz, but more pricey and fewer features.
