Hey,
I'm trying to convert an MP3 of a radio show that's 64 kbps to 32 kbps. I converted it, and tried listening to it afterwards. There seems to be a weird noise...like a flickering noise when you listen to the converted mp3. It's very annoying. It also skips from time to time. I've tried using Cheetah & Soft Magic's MP3 converter..and I get close to the same results. Is there something i'm doing wrong, or am I just using crappy programs?
