Hey guys,

Right now i have a gainward Ti4600 golden sample and am wondering if a 6800 would be a noticable improvement? should i buy 1 or wait for the next generation nvidia cards.

Also is getting the 256mb card worth the extra 100 dollars over the 128mb card. how much better is the performance?

also abit more info, im running on an Abit kg7-raid with an amd 2000+ and 512mb pc2100.

thanks

You would gain a pretty sizable improvement by buying a 6800. You might also want to upgrade your ram speed, and your processor too.

A 256mb card, I think, would be better, but only if your not constrained by a budget.

get a 6600gt good budget card. Or an ATI x700xt (good aswell) when they come out...

256 card is much better! if your budget concious, get a EVGA6800 LIMITED EDITION...it has 256 GDDR3 ram and i think the pipelines are used..if not unlock them with RIVA TUNER...

watever
