in this page Tom has used the ForceWare 67.41 for their tests

they seem give the best 3dmark2005 score ever: nearly 4600 on a GF6800GT

does anybody has some news about this misteryus set of drivers?

How so? He never said that the drivers have been leaked. He was only informing us of it's existence.

It's misleading because someone who sees the title thinks they released or are available to download...
