FreeBSD 5.3, After Installed Nvidia drivers Can't start KDE

Installed nvidia drivers 6113 in FreeBSD5.3(xorg6.7) ,then can't start KDE and
reaport that :

when X run,popup a message : Can't startx kdeinit!.
then X server shut down

I believe this can be worked around by installing the compat4 libraries.
