AthlonXP temperatures

Hey guys i have Athlon XP 2400+ you see my full spec in my signature , my question is what temperature is ok for Athlon , from Mobo Bios i get 40C Idle and 45 or 50 at full load if i disconnect 1 fan , but Probe who is mounted near cooler shows 30c idle and 35+ at load if day is warm :)

And how high can motherboard chipset go ? all it have is small passive cooleing

ASUS probes always have a difference of 10C and I been using ASUS probe 2.11 that is exact with BIOS. Your real temps are the ones from BIOS and I'd say your fine. AMD says up to 60C and all is well but who wants temps that high. 40's are more the standard imo.
