You have no idea what the context of that video is or who or what Bush was expressing that to. Was it a joke to the camera-man? Was it a joke to the production crew? Was it a quick expression of frustration? We DONT KNOW. But to label it as he's flippping the Bird to the People is plain ingnorant.
