Hi guys,

Quick question regarding the 67.02 clamp settings.

If you are not using AA/AF is the clamp setting irrelivent? Should I have it on allow , or clamp when not using aa/af.

Looking for best performance here. BTW. Hl2 runs freaking amazing. at 1024x768 high details im getting 130+ fps, in firefights it never goes below 45fps.

just a beautiful game.

Should be irrelevent yes, Since the clamp is supposed to stop shimmering with AF enabled. I would definately test it though, But I imagine it reacts similar to Nvidias other AF opts.

Just wait till Highway 17. I was getting 25fps in a lot of places @ 1024x768 w/4xaa and 8xAF.

Ouch :(

I havent gotten their yet :)

I did notice some stuttering when opening video files in WMP, that was not present in the 66.81's... I think im going to try the 67.50's to see if that resolves anything.

So if I have aa/af disabled I want to set Negative LOD bias to "allow"?

If aa/af is enabled I want to set Negative LOD bias to "clamp"?

thanks
