Logitech Z-680! How do you turn it off?

I have a simple question about these speakers to anyone that has them. I had there little brother which you had to turn of on the back of the sub. With these you can turn it off on the pod but is it really off or on some kind of stand by where everything is still at full power? Curious because I dont know if I should just turn off the pod or both. If anyone has these what do you do? Reason I ask is because all my other speakers before this you had to turn of the sub with these I am not sure.

Just turn it off at the Pod, that is what it is there for.
