I am really starting to dislike Canada

I am really starting to dislike Canada and I never did dislike Canada before. Couple this stunt with what that twit said about the president twice and the fact that some in Canada want to arrest the president for "war crimes". All this is making me dislike this country as a whole and I think that is not fair but it is the reality as I see it today.

Look, while many canadians disagree with Bush, we don't like our representatives insulting americans. She has been dismissed from the canadian liberal party (a certer-ish party, not really left-ish by our standards). I certainly do not support what she did. I prefer verbal criticism :)

well, now that she has been fired from the Liberal party, she is still an MP and will sit as an independent (unless she is picked up by another party). she will be free to do and say whatever she wants now. hopefully, she will do the right thing and resign her seat entirely. since Bush will visit Ottawa in 2 weeks or so, i think she'll stay around, embarass herself and Canada, then quit.

I agree with you. I just am getting pissed at people who act like this. I still love Canada and love to visit there every chance I get.

BTW I have spent a LOT of time in BC and just love it up there. I could live there except for the whole "socialist" thing. :D

not as much as you may think. Canada is full of conservatives, it's just the courts that are allowing it because of the charter of rights and freedoms.
