Well your not gonna get much help in the open forum, this topic belongs in general hardware

But the best powersupply's are the PC Power and Cooling Turbo Cool 510, or the OCZ Powerstream 520w IMO

Or you could spend $60 bucks less and get an OCZ Powerstream which is arguably just as good :D

Yes I would have to say that the OCZ Powerstream is the best PSU for the money

I just purchased an Ultra X-Connect 500 Watt. I love it. Really helped clean up my case too.

The X-Connect Rocks!
I love mine. Best PSU I've ever owned.
Beats my Antec 480 Trueblue hands down.
It's a great buy at 99.00 bucks to. :D

PC Power and Cooling is a guaranteed good choice, with the OCZ PSUs as swiftly rising stars. I believe all the top FurtureMarkers like Oppainter use OCZ in their winning rigs lately; this is a fine recommendation IMHO.

I'll fifth the X-Connect 500, nearly on looks alone. But I'm just a simpleton that likes shiny things :retard:

Nice, but not modular...

Ultra x-connects are :lame:, they are made by POWMAX and put in a nice package, for those that don't know, POWMAX is (gay), one of the worse psu manufacturers, i'd pay to not have one of those in my system...

go for the OCZ, definitly the best performance for the money

my Allied 500w is awesome...it was like $63 shipped on NewEgg and got really good reviews. It's treated me more than well this last year.

you are absolutely right. I have one of the longest reviews on newegg for that unit. Contrary to some beliefs about Allied which sometimes is true if they are actually one of the older units - that paticular PSU is extremely good and well made (the aluminum one). that one is in my wife's PC. super stable rails and her PC is loaded out with a 875P soyo and 3.0 @ 3.6 Ghz, 4 HDD's, Audigy 2, TV card. sometimes regardless of the brand a real gem comes along that kind of goes unknown - that PSU is one of those gems.
