i try the quadro fx 1300, this function work too, so i think the nv3x also support this function.

There is a big difference look at wher the red meets the green. They had better add this feature to the 6800's too, since in all the previews nVidia said the GeForce 6800's were supposed to do gamma correction.


i try the quadro fx 1300, this function work too, so i think the nv3x also support this function.

I think I recall reading that the nv30 was supposed to be able to do gamma correction in some GeForceFX previews. So are you saying it works on the nV30? Can you post some pics on how it looks on the quadro fx 1300? The GeForce FX needs the FSAA improvement a lot more than the nv40.

Heh, thanks for pointing that out. When I first looked at it I didn't see any difference either. Much better now that I know where to look. :)

If they do add this feature. It better be toggled. Tired of Nvidia mimicing ATI. I dont really like the effect gamma correction has on the overall scene.

I agree with chrisray here. It should be toggleable or selectable (like anything else that can affect image quality), not simply enabled with no options to control it.
