i have one SATA 120gig hd... i bought a raptor wd 36gb 10,000 rpm sata drive and i was wondering how can i set up the raptor as the slave drive? do i have to change the jumpers, get another sata cord? I've just never done SATA before... so if anyone knows how to do it, or has done it, maybe you could give some advice.

There is no master or slave with SATA.
Technically all SATA are masters, *nit picking* But the Raptor in SATA port 1 and it will be detected first.
