HI there..
I own a PNY FX5900XT which despite what too many consumers say stiil thinking is a good FX..anyway
I like to know which is the best..and safe Bios for mod the baby!..
Will I increase the performance? What could it be a safe Overclock for it?

The answer to that would be none at all. If you want to overclock, use Coolbits or RivaTuner. You may be able to achieve a higher overclock if you go with an aftermarket cooler like the NV Silencer.

What could it be a safe Overclock for it?

Depends on the exact card in your machine. Stock clock is 350/700 IIRC, most can get to 400/800 without much trouble. Trial and error is your friend.
