Got a weird one here, when running MMJ9 its was good but when i went to MMJ10 installs just fine, the splash screen starts and nothing just desktop. I uninstalled 9 and deleted the MMJ content folder in Program Files aswhell.

There's soimething strange their even shutdown apps and services to see if that helped and not it did nothing.

Im thinking of Contacting MusicMatch being i paid the 59 bucks for a life time of updates and features so i would think im intitled to use 10 and get service to use 10.

Does anyone know why MMJ just gets to splash screen and nothing just desktop on every click on MMJ? Please help i you can.

Email MMJ tech support. I had a few problems with my OEM copy a while back and they were pretty helpful.

Sounds like you have a corrupt install somehow. If you feel comfortable with regedit after you uninstall the software you can go through the registry to search for any MMJ entries and remove them.
