No need to discuss how rare this item is. It is hard to find and perhaps the best upgrade option as we speak. I've seen these go up past 1000 dollars on ebay, but I'll simply sell it for how much I bought it. I bought it at gameve when it first came out (617 dollars excluding tax and shipping... so I paid 670). It has the copper heatsink on it too.
Asking 630 dollars shipped with 2 day FedEx shipping. (It's kinda heavy.. if you don't need it by Christmas I can lessen the price)

These ran stably at 280MHz at 2.5-3-3-7 (very good considering most of the TCCD chips I have tested only hit 2.5-4-4-8 around 280Mhz).
